Once the settlement was approved by the creditors and confirmed by the decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb in July 2018 in the extraordinary administration procedure over Agrokor d.d. and its subsidiaries and related companies, the process of preparing its implementation began. On 1 April 2019 (the date of the start of the settlement), the transfer of the economic entity to Fortenova Grupa d.d., i.e. to Zvijezda plus d.o.o., a company owned by Fortenova Grupa, was carried out.
