Zvijezda vegetable oil – neutral and light
Zvijezda vegetable oil is derived from multiple varieties of vegetable oils, or more precisely, it is a combination of sunflower and rapeseed oil. This oil contains beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids and has a neutral and light flavour and aroma. It is highly versatile and can therefore be used prepare a variety of dishes, from sauces, salads and other cold dishes, including mayonnaise, creams and sweet delicacies, as well as when cooking, roasting and frying. Compatibility of sunflower and rapeseed
Oils derived from both of these plants have a neutral taste and aroma, as well as a similar smoke point. Vegetable oils are naturally cholesterol free, while sunflower oil is a naturally rich source of vitamin E.
